1. How can I make a hotel-reservation?
To be able to realize your reservation we will offer you the necessary information through the page of Online4you, which will be indicating you the steps to follow. Our page has been designed to be versatile, rapid and simple, saving time in your search and reservations.
The steps are the following:
Select the preferred destination and dates to realize the search
Check the results of the search and select the preferred hotel, choosing diet and type of room.
Refill the form with the information of the client.
To refill the information of the payment and the reservation will be confirmed. An e-mail will be sent with a voucher of services which will have to be presented arriving the chosen hotel.
2. Are the rates that appear on the page with taxes included?
We always show the final price of the hotel so that there are no surprises when you incorporate the information of your credit card. The price that is paid finally, will be the one that appears in the results of the search. To Online4you you will only pay a prepayment to confirm your reservation, the rest you will pay at the arrival of the hotel.
3. Why must I specify the age of the minors ?
With regard to the discount politics of children, this changes depending on each hotel. For this motive, searching for hotels, the number of children and their respective ages are requested. All the discounts are applied to the totality of the quoted price.
4. On having realized a reservation, will I receive a voucher for the hotel?
yes, by e-mail. It is necessary to print the voucher of the Services and present it on arriving at the hotel. In the voucher will be stated the pre-payment and the pending amount to pay in the hotel, as well as the direction of the hotel and the reserved type of room / apartment.
5. What would happen if I lose my voucher’s number and/or my reference of the reservation?
You should call to our Center of Customer service. We will request you name and date of arrival to the hotel to locate your reservation.
6. If the e-mail of confirmation does not arrive or I lose my voucher, how I can print another copy of it ?
Go to the section ´ Your reservation ´ in the top part of the principal page of Online4you.es. There it will be able to recover and to print the details of your reservation
7. How can I know if my hotel-reservation is confirmed?
As soon as the reservation was finished, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your reservation, Thist e-mail will have to be printed and presened at your arrival to the hotel as voucher of reservation.
8. Do I need to confirm my reservation directly with the hotel?
No. The voucher of Services which is possible to print from our page is sufficient

14. Can I request an invoice?

15. How can I modify my reservation?

16. How can I cancel my reservation?

17. What would happen if I need a refund?
Online4you will credit the refund directly to the credit card that was used to pay the reservation or to the account from which the transference was realized. We do not store the information of the credit card in our servers, but the bank will be able to identify your account by the number of reference of reservation.
18. Are the transfers included?
The transfers are not included. It will be your own responsibility to organize your arrival and departure to and from the hotel
19. How can your rates be so low?
As being a business 100 % Internet-company, without any presence outside, our costs are controlled to the maximum, being capable of moving this saving to our clients
20. I just called my hotel and they don’t have knowledge of my reservation. Why does this happen?
You must not worry, once we confirm to you your reservation, it will be guaranteed. In case you have called to the hotel aftert 48 hours of realizing the reservation and the hotel does not have knowledge of it, please contact with us
