It should be known to the user or client that all the personal information given at the time of registering will be included in an automated file of private character  and protected in accordance with the current legislation.
 

The user or client will have, at all times, the right to gain access to the file where his information is, being able to exercise the rights of rectification, cancellation and opposition, foreseen in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Information of Personal Character, as well as the revocation of the assent of transfer and treatment of his personal information.

Online4you, SL. promises to treat the information of their clients by automated form and they guarantee that the files, containing the information, are of their full responsibility and are declared properly in the General Record of the Protection agency of Information.

Likewise, Online4you, SL informs that the client can exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, writing to the person in charge of the treatment of information and holder of the files where his information of personal character is to be found.

Clause of Confidentiality

In the moment the client realizes the reservation of a service with us, he will have to specify on our Web page all the information necessary to be able to identify, as well as provide the information of the credit card to the banking institution collaborator through his secure server, in case this would be the form of elected payment
 

This information will be essential to proceed with the reservation and it will be stored, with the exception of the information of the credit card, in a file property of Online4you, SL. in accordance with the current legislation, guaranteeing that they will be treated with absolute confidentiality, although they will reveal the personal information to the competent Authorities, previously official request.

On having completed the form of services and reservations, every holder accepts and authorizes to Online4you, SL. to use and to treat the information of personal character as an automated form given, with the purpose of proceeding to the maintenance and fulfillment of the agreed relation, and to offer commercial information about the products and services of tourist character given by the person in charge of the file, all

this in order to manage the requested reservation, to guarantee the execution of it,

and to give a better service to the client.
