The concept of “All Inclusive” (AI) understands the Accommodation (the room) all the meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and all the drinks that the clients want to enjoy (what we understand for “ free drink “), such as refreshments, beer, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands.
The drinks will be served from the morning until the night (approximately till 22:00-23:00h).

A small prepayment (typically 15% of the booking) will be taken to confirm your reservation. The rest will be paid on hotel arrival.

To benefit from non-refundable rates 100% of the hotel reservation cost has to be covered while reservation is confirmed.

On Request Rooms: will only be confirmed within 24 working hours after receiving the booking.

Cancellation Politics in case of Hotel/ Apartment/ Aparthotel reservations

Cancelling with 7 or more days in advance to the date of arrival 100 % of the deposit will be paid in return on account, in the same form the client used realizing the payment

Cancelling with less than 7 days in advance to the date of arrival or not presentation/ no-show the day of arrival, there will be a 100 % charge of the deposit paid on account for expenses of cancellation.

Except the non-refund rates that cancellations or changes will not permitted under any concept.
